Funding your trip to Conclave
Are you an undergraduate looking for a way to help defray the costs associated with Conclave? Here are a few options for you to explore:
Sponsorships
Alumni can sponsor undergraduates to attend Conclave by pre-paying their registration fee. Half of the registration cost ($212.50) is tax deductable through the SigEp Educational Foundation. For more information or to complete a sponsorship, please click here.
Holiday/Birthday Gifts
Do you have a birthday coming up? Have people been asking what you want for the holidays? Ask for the gift of Conclave! Friends and/or family can also sponsor your Conclave registration through the SigEp Educational Foundation.
NUTS! McAuliffe Society Scholarship
The NUTS! McAuliffe Society is a group of SigEp volunteers who believe in the lifetime membership of the Fraternity, working to make it the best undergraduate experience possible for the groups we support, having fun, and ensuring that Conclave is the greatest time of all and no worthy undergraduate should miss it if they can help. The society sponsors an undergraduate registration scholarship. Applications can be found here. They are due by May 1st and award notifications will be made by June 1st.
University Funds
Many colleges and universities have funds available for students to attend national leadership programs. Check with your Greek Advisor to see if he/she can help you identify possible sources of funding.

Some AVC’s have funds available to sponsor chapter undergraduates to attend Conclave. Give your AVC President a call and see if there’s anything they can do to help you get to Phoenix.
