A Memorable Balanced Man Celebration

by Mitch Goldich, Lehigh, '09

Balanced Man Celebration

The elegant Orpheum Theater in downtown Phoenix played host Thursday night to the Balanced Man Celebration, a highly-anticipated night to recognize SigEp’s top performing and most recently-chartered chapters.

Once the nearly 1,400 guests took their seats, they watched a rousing video, with clips from black and white footage of Uncle Billy to a dazzling display of today’s multitalented undergraduates.

Legislative Update

Legislation Update

by A.J. Collins, Alabama, '13

Thursday in legislative session, the Grand Chapter passed six resolutions. Resolution 3, a proposal to raise the minimum chapter GPA was particularly noteworthy. Another resolution proposed to eliminate a minimum number of men in a Sigma Epsilon Chapter required for chartering, instead granting authority to the National Board of Directors to set an appropriate level.

Notice for Ruck Scholars

The Barry Posner and Ruck scholars session is incorrect on your name badge insert. The correct date and time is Friday, August 12 from 2:30-3:45.
